FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has housing with inlet end for receiving product to be milled and outlet end for discharging milled product, at least one pair of milling rolls, which are located inside housing between inlet end and outlet end, and feeding module. The latter has frame and distributing and feeding device for receiving grain product from inlet end, distributing this product along milling rolls and feeding distributed grain product to milling rolls mounted on frame. Feeding module is mounted in housing for rotation between operating position and opened position. In operating position distributing and feeding device is arranged between inlet end and milling rolls. Access to feeding module members is provided in opened position of mentioned device. Feeding module has distributing and feeding rolls and metering device for product to be milled, which are arranged as continuation of inlet end (product feeding channel) above pair of milling rolls. Distributing and feeding rolls are arranged together with metering device inside frame, which is mounted for rotation about center of rotation. Machine of such construction provides for improved sanitary conditions due to free access to machine parts and, accordingly, simplified cleaning operations.
