APPARATUS FOR ORES QUALITY AVERAGING Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: mining, radiometric benefication and averaging of ores quality. SUBSTANCE: apparatus exercises ores transportation, their express analysis by nuclear-physical methods, lump by lump separation with controlled value of extreme content. To decrease metal losses in process of lump by lump separation during ores quality averaging apparatus uses three groups of nuclear-physical detectors with measurements accuracy increasing units mounted at input of initial rock mass feeding in separator and at output from separator of beneficated products and waste tailings. Additionally apparatus has three units of ores quality and three units of reading, that pass information into micro-computer of separator. Received information is processed in extreme content value control unit. Measurement accuracy increasing units are additionally provided with two reading units, two multiplying units, sensor of weight factors and unit of comparison. EFFECT: additionally introduced units provide increased effectiveness of waste tailings portions recirculation at separator input and decrease metal losses level in waste tailings. 2 cl, 2 dwg
