FIELD: working of materials. SUBSTANCE: electrolyzer has two bodies arranged in parallel to axle one inside other and is mounted with inclination. Union to remote gas is located in upper point of electrolyzer. Internal body is manufactured from electric insulation material and has holes for gas and electrolyte. External gas-tight body is fabricated from metal and has lid made from transparent material. Electrodes of electrolyzer have central holes, spacing element separating them have shape of bushing, they are assembled into package and are placed into internal body. Internal body is anchored in lower part of lid of external body. Serpentine cooler is fitted tightly on external body.
