FIELD: electrochemical industry, methods and apparatuses for water dissociation. SUBSTANCE: electrolyte motion is organized due to periodical change of pressure of one of gasses with pressure of another gas kept constant. Aggregate has electrolytic cells and cooled separating columns, that communicate with cells by gas and electrolyte. One of columns has float-type hinged pressure control with valve, that provides periodical shut of gas removal branch pipe of the column. Pressure setter is mounted on gas removing branch pipe of another column. EFFECT: increased aggregate reliability effectiveness of process. 6 cl, 3 dwg
