FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: flax fibers after scutcher are cut into lengths 150-400 mm long and subjected to finish treatment during which they are successively washed with water by subjecting to steaming for 20-60 s at pressure of 10-15 bars with subsequent pressure drop down to atmospheric pressure, and washed and dried. Formed from the fibers is sliver which is subjected to wet spinning during which sliver is drawn with draft equalling 50-140. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl
