FIELD: hydroautomatics: hydromechanical and power engineering, chemistry. SUBSTANCE: regulator has three turbines 7, 27, 28 with inductance coils 10, 33, 34 placed in case 1 opposite to them, their circuits incorporating variable resistors inserted in them through synchronous switches. Central turbine 7 is mounted on shaft 6 and turbines 27, 28 are installed on either side of central turbine on shaft 6 and supported by bearings 25, 26; they are coupled with rods 41, 42 through slotted joints 39, 40. Rods 41, 42 are joined to shaft 6 by lead threads 19,20. Throttle washers 17, 18 are installed on either side of rods. Coarse flow regulation is effected due to displacement of rods 41, 42 over lead threads 19, 20 and fine regulation, due to electromagnetic braking of turbines 7, 27, 28 when value of resistors varies in circuit of inductance coils 10, 33, 34. The lower the coil circuit resistance the higher is electric current flowing through it and the higher is the braking torque acting on respective turbine on coil side.
