FIELD: hydraulic automation and measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: device is comprised of two turbines 10,11 one of which (10) is secured on a shaft 4 while the other one is mounted on said shaft with the aid of a bearing 18. A rod 8 is connected to shaft 4 by motion thread 9 and interacts with the hub 17 of the turbine 11 via a spline joint 19. The circuits of induction coils 14,15 installed in the region of turbines incorporate adjustable resistors and frequency meters of electric power cut in via multiple-channel synchronous switches, and a differential voltage pulsation counter. By changing the electric resistance of resistors, it is possible to change the electromagnetic braking moment applied to turbines 10,11. Due to a difference in the rotation speed of turbines, the rod 8 moves over the motion thread 9 along the shaft 4 towards or away from throttle washer 7, thus varying the flow rate. Finer adjustment of the flow rate is carried out by braking of turbines 10 and 11. The signals of the frequency meters give an idea of the flow rate just as it is done in well-known turbine flow meters. The readings of the electric pulse differential meter indicate the difference of rotation speeds of turbines and the position of the rod 8. Indications of the power meter register the flow rate in the fine adjustment mode with a simultaneous braking of two turbines. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
