SUBSTANCE: for stabilization of the voltage transfer ratio in square-law characteristic conditions of detection at action of special factors within a temperature range the load circuit in the form of an RC-filter is connected for alternating current to the input of a compensating stage, using a common-collector transistor, whose base is connected to the lead of the bias voltage divider connected between the power lines; cut in the emitter circuit of the compensating stage transistor and in the arms of the bias voltage divider are stages, each using a transistor having the structure of the compensating stage transistor; cut in the emitter circuit is a resistor, and the base via the resistor is connected to the collector.
