FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: negative feedback circuit is inserted between emitter of transistor of preliminary amplification stage and its temperature- stabilization resistor. Said negative feedback circuit is designed as parallel circuit of resistor and conducting diode. Variable capacitor is inserted between collectors of transistor in final and preliminary amplification stages. Negative feedback resistor is inserted between temperature-stabilization resistor and common line of emitter circuit of transistor in final amplification stage. Said negative feedback resistor serves as one arm of bridge which two other arms are shaped by power supply scaling circuit which is designed as serial circuit of resistor and stabilizing transistor which is by-passed by capacitor. Bridge diagonal has conducting diode. EFFECT: increased range of voltage gain and increased dynamic range of input signals. 1 dwg
