FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, ophthalmologic and neuroophthalmologic apparatuses used for examination of the accommodation function of the eye. SUBSTANCE: device for monitoring of eye accommodation comprises an illuminant unit, viewfinder unit and a projection unit optically and mechanically connected to each other; a light stimulation unit is made as a rest-object on a glass plate illuminated by a light source and optically tied-in with the projection unit optical axis; the illuminant unit is made in the form of optically connected light source, condenser, diaphragm, lens and mirror optically tied-in with the patient's eye; the projection unit has an objective lens, beam splitting element, scanner mechanically linked with an electric motor, lens and photodetector as well as an electronic unit electrically coupled to the illuminant unit, light stimulation unit, photodetector and projection unit electric motor, electro-optical transducer of the viewfinder unit; the illuminant unit light source is made as an infrared light-emitting diode; the lens and mirror of the illuminant unit are positioned between the diaphragm and beam splitting element of the projection unit; the beam splitting element of the projection unit is made in the form of a prism-cube positioned between the objective lens and hinged mirror; the projection unit scanner is made in the form of a mirror drum installed for rotation and positioned between the lens and photodetector; the light source of the light stimulation unit is made as a light-emitting diode installed in the solenoid core electrically coupled to a generator and optically tied-in with the projection unit and eye optical axis.
