SUBSTANCE: machine has binding mechanism on toothed sector of which reel 31 with binding wire is installed. machine has also support coupled with T-shaped guide 24, guide roller 28, support roller to direct wire and wire twisting device installed on movable carriages. Reel 31 with binding wire is installed at opposite side to guide roller 28, support with guide 24 and support roller, relative to vertical axis of posket 32.
