FIELD: packing; wire binding of metal packs. SUBSTANCE: device has beam-crossmember suspended from crane hooks, hangers for gripping, forming and lifting metal pack, vertical spindle rotation rives designed for twisting wire clamps installed on end faces of pack, yokes hinge-connected with spindles. Step made on end of each spindle shaft is provided with hole and flat is made on which cheek is secured. Cheek is made in form of oval with inclined side walls and support surface bevelled at angle relative to vertical and mated with cheek secured on yoke. Oval hole is made in cheeks and spindle body to pass lock. EFFECT: improved binding of metal packs. 7 dwg
