SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermic methods of iron ore and concentrate lumping and can be used in nonferrous metallurgy at agglomeration. 50-85% fuel used for charge caking is ground together with oxidized iron ore in units of active impact action at ratio where - amount of oxidized iron ore, kg (dry) /t agglomerate; mt - amount of solid fuel, kg (dry)/t aggl.; ct - carbon content in fuel, %; ξ - coefficient reflecting oxygen consumption for oxidation of 1 kg to CO and equal 1.33 kg; R - coefficient of ore activity equal 0.3-0.8; Fe2O3 - content of Fe2O3 in ore, %; 0.30 - oxygen amount bound with iron as Fe2O3, parts. Parent ore and fuel size is less 20 and 25 mm, respectively, and after grinding - less 3 mm at content " кл." less 0.05 mm from 25 to 50%. Humidity of ground mixture is regulated by addition of quick lime at amount 3.12 kg " CaOсв per 1 kg water above 8%. EFFECT: improved method of agglomerate production.
