FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention refers specifically to sintered materials on base of silver. proposed material for electric contacts on cilver base has following composition, per cent by mass: nickel 9.0-24.0; niobium 0.5-7.0; silver being the balance. proposed material has switching wear-out (4.50-4.85) g/cycle and contact voltage drop (13-200) with current 32 A. EFFECT: prolonged service life of contacts due to increased switching wear resistance of material and diminished drop of contact transition. 1 tbl
