FIELD: well drilling, particular, grouting mortars and methods for temporary lining of wells with them. SUBSTANCE: composition of nonsolidifying viscoelastic mortar includes additionally lubricating additives, surfactant and mineral salt with the following amounts of components, mas.p: mud powder 28-40; oil 15-25; SAB-1 up to 10; surfactant 1-2; sodium (calcium) chloride 10-12; the balance, water. The method for use of grouting mortar for temporary lining of well includes preparation of grouting mortar and its injection into casing string-borehole annulus based on calculation of the value of gel strength of grouting mortar for qualitative isolation of formations with consideration of well conditions. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 3 tbl
