SUBSTANCE: device has frame which carries rotating circle, which rotates around its axis, optical unit, which has lens and drive which moves lens in direction that is perpendicular to rotation axis, magnetic unit, which is located in opposite to optical unit and is spaced from it. Said magnetic unit has coil, which is located on frame, drive which moves coil in direction that is perpendicular to rotation axis, control and measuring unit for control of coil position and for detection of distance between reference plane of magnetic unit and magneto-optical disk.
