FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: assembly to reload nuclear fuel incorporates loading/unloading machine and case with spent nuclear fuel. Assembly is supplemented with device to seal composed of hollow body and guiding funnel with packing. Case is placed on to guiding funnel with the aid of flange. Part of case located in space of device is not-air-tight. EFFECT: use of given assembly makes it possible to reduce usage metal for manufactures of cases, to diminish labour input when handling spent nuclear fuel, to establish conditions for corrosion-resistant storage of spent nuclear fuel to enhanced ecological safety of nuclear power stations. 3 cl, 4 dwg
