FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves estimating the left ventricle ejaculation fraction (VF) and physical loading toleration (PLT). The VF value being less than 0.40 and the PLT value being low ( 25-50 W), acute cardiac insufficiency development risk is to be predicted. The VF value being greater than 0.40 and the PLT value being medium or high (75-200 W), no cardiac insufficiency is to be predicted. The VF value being greater than 0.40 and the PLT value being low ( 25-50 W) or the VF value being less than 0.40 and the PLT value being medium or high (75-200 W), low acute cardiac insufficiency development risk is to be predicted. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of prognosis.
