FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making dynamic cardiomyoplastic operation with a flap taken from the broadest muscle of the back. Microspheres labeled with 99mTc, are introduced into thoracodorsal artery at a dose of 3-5 mCi in performing selective angiography. Monophoton emission computer tomography is carried out. Regional perfusion of the flap taken from the broadest muscle of the back is determined. Visualization of the flap middle part taking place, indirect myocardial vascularization is considered to be effective. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis; reduced risk of injuries. 2 dwg
