METHOD FOR EXAMINING PATIENT, GRAPHIC IMAGE PLOTTED OBTAINED WHEN EXAMINING DATA AND METHOD FOR SELECTING SURGICAL PATIENT TREATMENT HAVING COMBINED INJURIES OF CORONARY BED AND LOWER EXTREMITY ARTERIES Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B8/06 A61B5/402

Abstract RU 2320269 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves applying stress-echocardiographic examination and loading Doppler ultrasonography at the same time in rest state, at load peak and every minute value monitoring during restoring values to initial level. Bicycle ergometry of threshold power equal to 50 W is applied as loading test. The obtained data are plotted on biplanar graph which and abscissa axis dimension corresponds to stroke fraction with division value being 10% as large and scale being from 0 to 80%. Ordinate axis dimension corresponds to malleolus pulse value with division value being equal to 0.1 u and division scale from 0 to 0.8 u. Graph field is divided into four zones: low stroke fraction and satisfactory malleolus pulse (a1), low stroke fraction and low malleolus pulse (A2), satisfactory stroke fraction and low malleolus pulse (A3), and satisfactory stroke fraction and satisfactory malleolus pulse (B). Rest state point, load peak point and reset point at 3 and 6 min are plotted on graph. Triangle or figure close to triangle is obtained. Surgical treatment tactics is determined from figure pos on one of plots. The figure being in A2 zone, single-stage operation is selected. The figure being in zones of a1, A3 or B, two-stage operation is to be selected and used in examining patients having combined injuries of coronary bed and lower extremity arteries for estimating coronary and peripheral reserves and surgical treatment tactics justification.

EFFECT: high accuracy of patient health state estimation; reduced lethality in the risk group.
