FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves catching the gastrocolic ligament parts to be ligated by means of hemostatic forceps jaws twice as much as it is done usually and suturing its central portion with needle having colored threads of different colors, concurrently ligating with the threads the caught portion at its ends. In mobilizing the lesser curvature of the stomach, ease and completeness of the view are achieved by preligating the duodenum in the closest vicinity of the pylorus and bringing the distal part of the stomach into the wound. EFFECT: prevented postoperative complications.
