FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising the alveolar process, dissecting a part of the musculus genioglossus through the lower part of the bone wound, mobilizing hyoglossal salivary glands, excising the end portion of the tongue with a portion of the musculus genioglossus attached to it, connecting both wounds with lateral cuts through oral cavity bottom tissues. The seroperiosteal flap taken from vestibular surface of the alveolar process is to be attached to wound surface of the tongue. The method is usable, in cases the tumor is localized near the frenulum of the tongue and its size does not exceed 2 cm in maximum size direction and tumor exophytous growth or superficial infiltration of oral cavity bottom tissues take place. EFFECT: prevented tumor tissue cells implantation into the wound; prevented tongue retraction.
