FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising the alveolar process of the mandible at the molar level after performing electric resection of the tongue, ligating the genioglossus, ligating and crossing the lingual artery, mobilizing the contents of mandibuloglossal depression, crossing the musculus genioglossus. The prepared block of tissues is taken after making longitudinal and transverse cuts on the tongue. The method is usable, in cases the tumor is localized on the lateral surface or back in the vicinity of the tongue root and its size does not exceed 2 cm in maximum size direction when the tumor spread degree is T_T2. EFFECT: prevented excessive and secondary hemorrhages.
