FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying transrectal ultraphonophoresis resin-free naphtalan combined with massage of the prostate. Then naphtalanoparaffin mastic applications are performed in pants zone at mastic temperature of 53-55 C during 25-30 min. 15 treatments are administered. The patients receive the first 2-3 applications each second day and all the rest are to be taken daily. Rectal phonophoresis is to be carried out after 3-4 applications with prostate massage taken each second day, the total amount of 8 procedures is to be carried out.
