FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has mass melting unit, melt dispersion unit and device for transportation and drying of granules obtained from dispersed melt. Mass melting unit is made if form of heads placed in reservoir through its neck. Dispersion unit is made in form of jet pump brought in communication with heat-transfer agent supply unit. Nozzle of jet pump is mounted at acute angle to surface of cooling fluid in bath. Jet pump is mounted in casing forming inter-wall space which is connected with delivery pipe line at inlet and with supply pipe line at outlet. It is also connected with compressor air duct by means of coil placed in bath. Granule transportation and drying unit is made in form of conveyer whose lower end is submerged in bath; located under screened belt of conveyer are exhaust branch pipes of calorifier.
