FIELD: methods and devices for recovery of oil from seeds of leguminous crops applicable on oil and fat industry. SUBSTANCE: method for recovery of oil from seeds of leguminous cross consists in imparting to seed material of shape of plates 0.2-0.3 mm thick, then, moistening, subsequent swelling at temperature of 105-125 C, drying and pressing up to residual content of oil equalling 15 to 25 % at temperature below 100 C. Oil coke after pressing is conditioned for water content of 10 to 15 % at temperature below 100 C and subjected to extraction at temperature of 65 C. The device for embodiment of the offered method has one heat unit formed by expander and belt drier and the other is made in form of heat drip pan. Extractor is made of turret type.
