FIELD: criminalistic investigations of traces of use of firearm. SUBSTANCE: the method of determination of the sequence of three shots fired shot for shot by bullets of the same diameter from a firearm barrel with an even number of rifles by fired bullets consists in their detection, inspection and criterial estimation of the sequence of shots. During inspection micrometric measurement of the diameter of bullets between the centers of opposite traces of rifle fields is accomplished,, the diameter of fired bullets serves as a criterion for the sequence of shots: the larger the bullet diameter, the later the shot.
