FIELD: S H F measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to detect inhomogeneities in various solid media. Ratio introscope has SHF generator, first electron key, directional coupler, circulator, second electron key, receiving unit, control unit, processing and indication unit, electrically controlled attenuator, former of controlling pulses and antenna unit. Former of controlling pulses incorporates generator of controlling voltages, pulse former and first controlled delay line connected in series, second controlled delay line, more register and decoder. Antenna unit is manufactured in the form of two-dimensional array composed of two subarrays - active and passive. In passive subarray radiators are arranged over perimeter of two-dimensional active array and are correspondingly connected to matched loads. Active subarray includes family of radiators placed inside ring formed by radiators of first subarray. Each radiator is connected to proper two-channel commutator one channel of which is connected to corresponding additional matched load and the other channel - to one of outputs of multichannel commutator. Angle between directions of vectors of polarization of any pair of adjacent radiators arranged in lines of second subarray amounts to 90 deg. Angle between directions of vectors of polarization of any pair of adjacent radiators located in columns of second subarray amounts to 45 deg, for radiators arranged in one column in every second line - 90 deg. Angle between directions of vector of polarization of any radiator of first subarray and adjacent to it radiator of second subarray amounts to 45 deg.
