FIELD: medicine, radiotherapy. SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic apparatus has flat microstrip antenna, array including odd number of radiators in the shape of rectangles separated by gaps. Central radiator is made as square with half-wave wall. Angle of square has connected length of coaxial transmission line. Middle radiators are made as rectangle the sides of which are of wave and half-wave length, respectively. The rest of radiators are made in the form of square with wave-length side. Contact members connected to power supply wire lay-out are coupled to every middle radiator, to side edge center. Lay-out of power supply wires includes microstrip square with half-wave side and four lengths of microstrip transmission lines connected to it coaxially.
