FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base made in the form of bottom plate provided with guiding sleeve and connected through columns to top plate. Stem is positioned for progressive movement inside guiding sleeve. Lower heating heads are fixed on stem symmetrically of its longitudinal axis, and upper heating heads are positioned in axial alignment with lower heads on top plate. Apparatus is further provided with casing mounted for embracing upper and lower heating heads and equipped with drive, and ready product ejector made in the form of plates fixed on hub. Apparatus may be used for direct processing of grain into ready food product.
