SUBSTANCE: lid has inner body 1, outer turnable body 2, cylindrical locking member 3 and device for fixing outer body 2 relative to body 1. Locking device is made in form of ribs 17, 18 on surfaces of bodies 1 and 2 pointed to each other. Locking member 3 engages through boss 19 with inner surface 16 of cup end face 6 of body 1 which has cone 20 whose axis coincides with axis of lid.
