SUBSTANCE: proposed steel contains (mass %): carbon 0.05-0.09, chromium 15.0-16.5, nickel 18.0-25.0, molybdenum 1.5-2.5, manganese 1.5-2, titanium 0.25-0.45, vanadium 0.05-0.015, niobium 0.1-0.4, boron 0.001-0.005, silicon 0.3-0.6, cerium 0.15, phosphorous 0.01-0.025 and ferrum. Total content of boron and phosphorous is not more 0.025, ratio of summary content of titanium, vanadium and niobium to carbon content being 8-13.
