FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: abrasive containing mass is preliminary shrunk on blanks of the housing. On two of the blanks the mass is shrank asymmetrically with respect to the plane of symmetry of the blank that passes through the middle of its width. The blanks are then set in a mould so that the blanks with the asymmetric layer are at the edges of the working part. The side with greater overhanging of the layer over the plane of the housing blank faces outside. The shrinkage is carried out up to the stop that is a housing blank.
