FIELD: diamond tools
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of diamond tools based on organic bond of all standard sizes used for abrasion of mostly hard materials such as hard alloy metals, oxide and carbide ceramics, hard-alloy matrixes containing diamonds, etc. The substance for producing diamond tools to process hard materials contains, share by volume: 12.5-37.5% of diamonds, 12.0-40.0% of filling compounds, 0.5-1.5% of graphene oxide and the rest is powder polymer adhesive.
EFFECT: increased diamond tools durability and wear-resistance, reduction of manpower effort in their production thanks to a smaller volume of diamond-containing materials removed during tool machining hence reduction of rough diamond loss being a kind of machine waste.
