SUBSTANCE: vehicle is made in form of aerofoil section which is simultaneously body 1 and rectangular sectional low-aspect-ratio wing consisting of modular detachable mounted sections, one minimum, forming longer wing. Engine and propulsion complex, vertical and horizontal tails and aerofoil section are arranged to realize positive aerodynamic effects of aircraft wing, screen plane and air cushion.
