SUBSTANCE: driving clutch part 1 and driven clutch part 2 are axially alined and mounted for permitting interaction with each other by way of centrifugal blocks 3 provided with linings 4. Blocks 3 are connected to clutch part 1 through plate springs 5. Springs 5 have two straight line parts: major part 6 and additional part 7. The planes of the parts are mutually perpendicular. In accelerating and decelerating of the clutch, blocks 3 spirally move between the clutch parts due to a special design of spring 5. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
