FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: driving clutch member 1 mounted within driven clutch member 2 is provided with spring-loaded centrifugal blocks 4 set in guides. Friction part of the blocks is made of ball segment 7. Radius of the ball segment is equal to radius of a circumference arc drawing profile of friction surface of clutch member 2. Ball segment 7 is coupled with block 4 via flexible members 8. Block 4 and guide 3 are interconnected with a non-self- braking thread. In acceleration block 4 moves in radial direction under the action of centrifugal forces and rotates with respect to guides 3 over the thread simultaneously. As the result friction parts are pressed to clutch member 2 and a load is transmitted. When friction coefficient between clutch member 2 and the friction parts decreases block 4 additionally rotate over the thread with respect to guides 3 resulting in additional pressing of friction surfaces.
