In addition device has side hole for microwave power output, current thread which is located along axis of device and is connected to power supply, two three-inductor units of induction electron accelerator, additional electrode and separating insulator. Two three-inductor units of induction electron accelerator are located along device axis and are connected to cathode a and anode grid. EFFECT: increased efficiency due to merging two generation frequencies (condition of cyclotron resonance). 1 dwg
