FIELD: rolling equipment. SUBSTANCE: rolling mill has rolls. Chocks of one roll are provided with rotary supporting levers, which embrace side surfaces of opposite chocks, when levers are in the initial position. In the process of adjustment of clearance between rolls levers slide over side surfaces of opposite chocks. During handling levers are deflected inwardly to be received in slots of opposite chocks so that chocks of upper roll rest upon chocks of lower roll through these levers. EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 5 cl, 3 dwg
