FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metal treatment by pressing, particularly to design of rolling mill. Rolling installation (1) has at least two rolls each secured in shoe (3) of the rolling mill by means of chocks (2) of the roll. The rolls are equipped with devices (4) of axial displacement in direction (x) of set-off; the rolls are displaced by means of the said devices into a desired position relative to rolling mill (3) and are maintained in it. The rolls are in working connection with bending facilities (5) by means of which they are loaded with bending moment. Facilities (4) of axial set-off with their first working end (6) are positioned directly or indirectly on mill (3) of the rolling mill by means of joint (7); while with their second working end (8) facilities (4) are located on chock (2) of the roll by means of joint (9).
EFFECT: reduced influence of facilities of axial set-off conditioned by proper weight applicable to friction forces effecting guides of bending facilities.
