FIELD: transport; dump trucks. SUBSTANCE: device has tandem-connected ambient air transmitter, first command shaper to correct tolerable driving speed and tandem-connected cargo weight sensor and second command shaper to correct tolerable driving speed. Device has designed speed computing unit whose inputs are connected to first and second command shapers, third input of unit being connected to speed setter and output is connected to one of inputs of comparator unit. Actual speed transmitter is connected to input of comparator unit whose output is connected with input of driving control unit coupled with braking system through operating mechanism of shutter installed on fuel pipeline and rigidly coupled with accelerator pedal.
