FIELD: medicinal biotechnology, biology, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: desalted, autoclaved and milled split hide mass of web-footed and cattle is mixed with distilled water at mass ratio = 1:1.5, hydrolyzed in the presence of proteolytic enzyme taken at amount 12-15 vol.%. Process is carried out at 37-38 C for 4-5 days at pH = 7.6-7.8 in the presence of chloroform followed by heating obtained biomass at 90-95 C for 3-5 min. High-molecular compounds were precipitated firstly with 20-22% calcium chloride solution and then - at protein isoelectric point followed by filtration and drying product obtained. Nutrient medium for eucaryotic cells cultivation has enzymatic hydrolyzate indicated above, cattle blood serum and Henx solution at the following ratio of components, vol.%: enzymatic hydrolyzate 0.15-0.20; cattle blood serum 5-10, and Henx solution - the rest. EFFECT: improved method of hydrolyzate preparing. 3 cl, 5 tbl
