SUBSTANCE: construction has panels 1 hinge-connected by posts 4 so that axes of hinge joints 2, 3 are parallel and pass through axes of posts 4 and are located at some distance from ends of posts which are furnished with devices 7 to provided rigid connection of posts. Hinge joints 2, 3 are located on brackets 5, 6 higher and lower than panels 1. Device 7 is expanding coupler. Stiffening members 9 in each storey are hinge-connected on lower panel 1 and rigidly connected with upper panel, when in operating state.
