FIELD: chemistry and technology of inorganic products. SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises reacting fluosilicic acid solution with calcium carbonate suspension, maintaining reaction mixture, adding 0.001-0.01 wt% acrylamide copolymer containing 5-20 mole % of sodium acrylate units to the resulting calcium fluoride suspension, separating calcium fluoride suspension by prior art procedure and drying the product. The claimed product makes it possible to increase the yield of the product due to reducing losses at calcium fluoride suspension separation stage. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process. 1 tbl
