FIELD: biotechnological methods. SUBSTANCE: invention is dealing cleaning aqueous solutions of acrylamide obtained through biological transformation of acrylonitrile to remove bacterial masse. Cleaning is accomplished by filtration of aqueous solution after preliminary consecutive addition (at stirring) addition of 0.001-0.02% aluminum sulfate, 0.0002-0.01% waterproof cationic copolymer of acrylamide and dialkylaminoalkyl (meth)acrylates or their tertiary or quaternary salts containing 10 to 90 mol % cationic groups, and 0.0002-0.001% anionic acrylamide polymer. Yield of desired product is thus increased by 10 to 48 times per one filtration cycle. EFFECT: increased productivity at better environmental safety and reduced (by 4-9 times) loss of acrylamide with sediment. 2 cl, 3 tbl, 72 ex
