SUBSTANCE: method is meant for test and evaluation of characteristics of movement of object, for monitoring of smoothness of dynamic processes and for determination of value characterizing lack of smoothness. Spectrum characterizing process of movement is compared with spectral characteristic of insensibility zone of object determining effect of oscillations on quality of process of movement and established depending on requirements specified by process, as result of it there appears possibility to determine value characterizing smoothness of movement of object.
