FIELD: transistorized pulse DC voltage converters with backward rectifier diode that function to produce electrically isolated DC output voltages. SUBSTANCE: voltage changer has transistor 1, transformer 3 with collector winding 2, protection winding 11, and compensating winding 13, rectifier diode 7, filter capacitor 8, diode 12, and control unit 15. Switching pulse of collector voltage of transistor 1 is damped in voltage changer during collector voltage wavefront shaping in the course of discharge of dissipation inductance of collector winding 2 of transformer 3. Voltage changer incorporates two damping circuits. Excess energy is conveyed to primary source through first circuit set up of protection winding 11 and diode 12. Second circuit that has compensating winding 13 and capacitor 14 functions as auxiliary element to transfer energy in case of insufficient magnetic-field coupling between collector winding 2 and protection winding 11 of transformer 3 in case of spread state value of collector voltage across cut-off transistor 1. EFFECT: improved reliability of voltage changer. 2 cl, 1 dwg
