FIELD: electrical engineering; automatics. SUBSTANCE: inverter has two switching transistors. Bases of the transistors are connected to common outputs of RC-circuits. Resistor outputs of the circuits are integrated and connected with common wire and integrated emitters of power transistors simultaneously. Bases of emitter transistors are connected simultaneously with collectors of corresponding switching transistors and with capacitive outputs of RC-circuits through corresponding resistors. Collectors of power transistors are connected with corresponding outputs of primary winding of transformer. Central point of primary winding of collectors is connected to electric power bus and with integrated emitters of switching transistors simultaneously. Inverter also has two switches and two restricting resistors. The first outputs of switches are connected to bases of corresponding power transistors, the second outputs are integrated together with common bus, and control inputs are connected to capacitive outputs of corresponding RC-circuits through corresponding restricting resistors. As a result, efficient inverters may be produced, which are able to operate at higher frequencies with low spread of efficiency from one sample of the device to another one at full-scale production.
