FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: operation of the device is based upon conversion of cardiac signal to some form being convenient for viewing and recording. In the device methods of visual and computer analysis are used for testing wave structure of cardiac rhythm from parameters of RR- intervalogram - rhythmogram - for special testing. In this case rhythmogram is formed by means of recording saw-tooth- shaped signal onto tape of recorder, to which the described device is connected. The device plays a role of amplifier and electric cardiosignal transformer. Device for building rhythmogram has electric cardiosignal two-stage amplifier on the base of operational amplifiers, connected in series with active filters unit formed by low frequency filter and rejection filter, level regulator and operation mode switch. Unit for measuring duration of RR intervals is brought into the device additionally. The unit has comparator connected in series with signal duration former, detector, electron switch controlling operation of RR integrator, which has output connected with registrar. Output of the comparator is connected to unit for forming recording of signals onto tape recorder. One output of the former may be connected to computer through pulse shape converter. The second output of the signal duration former is connected with digital processing unit which is conjugated with heart beat rate digital indication unit. One input of electron switch is connected with pulsation indicator made on the base of light-emitting diode. Device is made portable, noise-resistant, convenient for application.
