FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording and analyzing RR-intervalogram in rest and in carrying out sequential tests in the following order: active orthostatic test, Alsalve test, Ashner test and one with physical loading. In performing analysis, changes in speed and completeness of RR-intervalogram levels recovery and wave structure on the segments of initial, stimulation and poststimulation period. In performing examination, continuous RR-intervalogram recording is carried out in monitoring mode during 6-24 h, cardiac rhythm disturbance episode, circumstances of its arising according to patient dairy is detected and analyzed. Cardiac vegetative regulation state is determined from the manner cardiac rhythm disturbance occurs on the RR-intervalogram segments up to the moment it happens, just at the moment cardiac rhythm disturbance happens, and after the cardiac rhythm disturbance. The studies give evidence for applying method of differential diagnosis of clinical forms of cardiac arrhythmia involving comparative analysis of normal wave structure in a row of RR-intervals and cardiac rhythm disturbances recorded according to incidence frequency, magnitude of and relations between bound and postectopic RR-intervals, relations between cardiac rhythm disturbance episodes, time to restore initial rhythm. It is determined, what background of waves and relations between them lead to cardiac rhythm disturbances occurring, what waves of cardiac rhythms predominate immediately before and after the disturbances.
